It’s that time of year where spring cleaning is about to begin! We start cleaning out areas in our homes and offices to brighten the areas around us. But what about spring cleaning of our hearts and what’s going on inside? During the season of Lent, we began taking an inventory of those things that may be hindering us in areas of our lives to focus and prepare for the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Finding the resources as Christian women can sometimes be difficult and a little overwhelming, especially when we are as busy as a wife, a mom, a soldier! There are many distractions that attempt to keep our focus off of the Word of God. Add to that the fact that the enemy came to steal, kill and destroy us. It is more important than ever to have developed an intimate relationship with Christ.
Our group of ladies here in at USAG Stuttgart recently completed the amazing book, Discerning the Voice of God, by Priscilla Shirer. We are currently doing an online study on Twelve Women of the Bible, by Lysa Teyhurst. I have used a variety of resources over the years to inspire and equip women of God to grow spiritually.
The following resources can be used in your day to day life as well as in Bible study groups. I have sectioned them in categories that I believe will be most helpful. You will find resources such as Bible studies, prayer life, devotionals, marriage resources, parenting and more!

Resources for Christian women ~ praying the scripture
Living a life of prayer is so important. I have a passion for praying and enjoy doing Prayer Walks. The ability to speak God’s Word into the atmosphere is powerful. God desires for us to get in His presence and hear what He has to say?
However, prayer for some is not always easy. We may not know what to pray, how to pray or how to say it! This section will help you start (or further) living a life of prayer and intercession! There is also prayer journaling as well, so you can see how the Lord has worked in your life!
This section has resources for Christian women that will help you start developing a disciplined prayer life.

Resources for Christian women~ Bibles
There are so many Bibles and translations to choose from today. I encourage you to try a variety of Bibles on your iPhone where you can easily compare translations until you find the one you enjoy reading the most.
My favorite Bible is the first one listed below and I received it as a gift from our children. I love it because it came from them of course, but also because it is a study Bible with a Life Application reference. It is Awesome! It is available in numerous translations.
We need God’s Word so we can navigate through this life with clarity and divine guidance. God’s Word is the infallible truth and I believe it whole-heartedly.
